Avevo conosciuto la Slowcanda attraverso i social ai tempi delle farsa del green pass..
Abbiamo soggiornato un week end prenotando anche la cena, tutto veramente molto molto bello e buono...
Straconsigliato...
We stayed about 20 mins away from Slowcanda and the restaurant was recommended to us as being quite out of the ordinary and like travelling back in time. We had the most amazing food in a very special setting on a patio perched on a steep hillside under a pergola and some shady trees. We had the antipasti, all very tasty and made with home-grown veg and herbs. The main courses were tagliatelle with truffles and ragu, respectively, the quail with spring greens and the gnocchi. The latter were the best gnocchi I've EVER had - and I've been around for more than half a century ;) All of this didn't leave much room for pudding. The teenagers tried anyway and pronounced the chocolate cake and chocolate salami excellent. The restaurant also has an attractive wine list but we couldn't do it justice since we were driving. The whole experience was well worth the drive to this lovely remote location and a wonderful time was had by all!
