If you want to dine on traditional Roman dishes seasoned with funny jokes served by waiters who are committed to what they do, this is your place. Personally I recommend it to you.

Prima volta da simo abbiamo preso la pinsa veramente buona anche i dolci personale gentili e simpatici torneremo per provare il menù ristorante

Il locale, a pochi passi dal centro, è accogliente. Già il sorriso dei gestori che ti accolgono è un ottimo biglietto da visita. Abbiamo ordinato l'antipasto alla romana, davvero ottimo. Poi ci siamo buttati sulla carbonara: favolosa. Consigliato

Ogni tanto ci riprovo, ma non trovo motivo per tornarci. Ho cenato più volte, sia nella formula all you can eat (che di per sè non è una brutta idea, se non fosse che gli antipasti arrivano come secondi e viceversa) sia alla carta. È tutto discreto, ma nessun piatto, a parere mio, eccelle. Pinsa cruda, bruschette insignificanti con tre pomodorini sconditi, primi piatti nella norma (ho assaggiato carbonare decisamente al di sopra di questa), secondi normali. Personale di sala autogestito, spesso rimproverato davanti ai commensali (ma dai!). Il titolare: un personaggio, ma forse la troppa esuberanza non è sempre gradita durante una cena in compagnia… Mi dispiace, ma non penso di tornare più.

07/05/2024: Interesting alternative to traditional local dishes. The dishes offered are good. A small spill on a dish that turned out badly but....it can happen. I'll be back and I'm sure everything will be fine
06/05/2024: A pleasant surprise. I found it almost by chance, among the restaurants open on Sunday evening. Reading Roman cuisine I became curious, but they did not disappoint our expectations. Beautiful and refined environment, well-executed recipes and a young and attentive service. The owner never fails to visit the tables to ask if everything is okay, very nice! The artichoke and cacio e pepe are highly recommended.
