After much talking.... We booked with this Silvana!!! Four of us arrive a few minutes from midday and we are immediately welcomed by many smiling, young waiters who quickly seat us.... In a good hour or so we had a divine lunch with truly homemade soups, meat cooked to perfection, side dishes he's actually at his grandmother's house!!!!! Desserts that left us astonished because of how good they were in their simplicity..... Lots of smiling waiters who gave us a great mood.... We usually change our stage every year on April 25th.... But here we found a fixed stop..... Congratulations truly

Excellent place, the food has always been excellent, as soon as the opportunity arises you can never miss an excellent lunch at Silvana's, everything is excellent! The staff is always ready and available.

Historic restaurant in Carpegna, family-run, handed down from previous generations. The pizza, the first courses and the meat in general are very good. There are two rooms on the ground floor, one of which is prettier and more intimate with a large wood-burning fireplace. Good choice of wines, average beer, recommend for anyone passing through the area for lunch or dinner. Best to book on weekends.

Vado spesso da Silvana e non solo in occasione delle festività. La pasta fatta in casa, il tartufo, i funghi, il crostolo, potrei continuare....i vini consigliati da Samuele Colocci....l'atmosfera intima e se si vuole famigliare...ha tutto. Lo consiglio perché è per tutti. Anche la pizza è ottima! Perciò.....

Da Silvana a Carpegna.
Il ristorante che si presenta con il focolare acceso e con l'amore per la gastronomia di una cuoca che ha fatto la storia della cucina della tradizione. Marchigiana.
Un agnello scottadito meraviglioso e garbato da mangiare con le mani
che ho assaggiato e che difficilmente ritroverò in tutta Italia di così alto lignaggio.
Un luogo del cuore che mi appaga.
La signora Anna in sala rende tutto professionale e armonioso.
