Serendib In Milano

The restaurant has a lovely and welcoming ambiance. The food is excellent and plentiful. It is part of the prestigious Michelin Guide, confirming its quality and impeccable service.

Serendib is a restaurant that offers Sri Lankan cuisine, with a truly excellent vegan offer, at a very honest price and very kind staff... highly recommended.

We were delighted to find this lovely restaurant in Milan. The meal was delicious and the owner made us feel very welcome. If you want a change from Italian, this is it!!

The food was really good. For desserts we took one authentic dessert which (was really good, spiced yum) and fresh pineapple which was truly fresh and sweet. Overall, the place gave us a good vibe. It was really nice. Also, the Owner of the restaurant was committed and very kind with us.

Excellent dishes and friendly service, a nice discovery. In my opinion the boss is too strict with his collaborators.

premise: I love ethnic food, even if the environments of typical restaurants are often not the best in terms of hospitality. In this restaurant the atmosphere is actually a little more refined than average, nothing sensational but still welcoming. took two tasting menus, one vegetarian and one traditional. all very good, some portions too generous; in any case, the food side is promoted. the service was a little less so, the waiter who served us was hasty and not very attentive. I overlook how he cleared the table before the desserts, piling the dirty cutlery on the plate in front of my girlfriend as if we were in the military, and then leaving and returning with a trolley to take away the quantity. considering that the final bill was over €85 for two (without wine, mind you, just water and a beer for two), a minimum of extra refinement would at least be due. conclusion: valid but value for money to be reviewed. by reducing prices or (better) increasing the service offered. enjoy your meal

The portions are fair and well served, it's a shame that although everything was good, I found it was all a bit subdued. Everything a little dull. Cozy place, attentive staff (perhaps a little less welcoming than the restaurant).

È la seconda volta che mangiamo in questo ristorante. Questa volta ci ha proprio convinto. Optiamo per 2 menù degustazione (carne e vegetariano) che consigliamo come scelta rispetto alla carta sia per il rapporto qualità prezzo sia per l’esperienza completa. Entrambi veramente buoni e gustosi. Ciascun menú si compone di 10 portate: di cui, per il primo, ben 4 tipi di carne diversi (non saprei dirvi quale fosse la più buona); per il secondo, varietà di verdure di cui alcune aromatizzate al cocco (menzione speciale per i ceci nell’antipasto e la crema di lenticchie nella portata principale). I dolci sono più particolari ma meritano comunque l’assaggio. Staff super gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Vale la sosta, è davvero WOW!!!

Locale molto carino ma il cibo era veramente ottimo. abbiamo preso la degustazione e non c’è stato un solo piatto che non abbia gradito. il prezzo è stato più che onesto. abbiamo mangiato fino a scoppiare credo. inoltre per chi fosse interessato è quasi tutto senza glutine e per chi temesse il piccante (come me) c’è tantissima scelta di piatti che non ti mandano a fuoco il palato. ritorneremo sicuramente
