Ci sono ristoranti che sono sorpresa, altri sono certezza di sorpresa: come il Sapor di vino! un luogo dove si declinano ingredienti secondo regola, ma anche per invenzione: come eleganti lumache alla bourghignonne che incontrano un ruspante guanciale croccante. E poi dogmi assoluti, come la tartare fatta a regola d’arte in presenza: con sciabola in vista, a raccontare la ricetta con teatrale magia… da provare assolutamente! Poi, è un luogo bello, gestito da bellissimi gestori! Roba che si deve essere all’altezza come clienti!

My partner and I went for lunch today. For me it was the first time, he had already been with friends. We took the tasting menu, I had the land menu and he had the fish menu in order to try more dishes. The food is excellent, seasonal and presented and 'narrated' with care and passion. I felt pampered for the entire duration of lunch. A place with refined cuisine but which makes you feel 'at home', in a refined and welcoming environment. The prices are more than adequate for what is offered. We will be back soon for another occasion to try other dishes on the menu. Truly recommended wholeheartedly.

Siamo arrivati in questo ristorante quasi per caso e senza nessun’aspettativa: diluviava e ci trovavamo nei paraggi. Abbiamo trovato un locale caldo, accogliente, un menu interessante, vario e con piatti italiani rivisitati ma non stravolti. Grande rispetto per la materia prima e massima cordialità e gentilezza. Torniamo!
