Santino - L'Arte del Pane e del Dolce In Perugia

06/05/2024: Just outside the walls of Assisi, about one km away, is this family-run restaurant with traditional Umbrian dishes, in particular from Mount Subasio. So good first courses, with handmade tagliatelle and pappardelle, and excellent meat. Special mention for the tortelli with sheep's ricotta, bacon and puffed quinoa, not on the menu. Even though the next time the tortelli arrived completely cold, and therefore congealed and not very tasty. Unlike many who say large portions, in my opinion they are normal portions. I don't know if we will return.
