I went to this restaurant a few days ago. A counter well stocked with every type of delicacy from bombette to cutlets and ribs. Every palate will be satisfied!! The variety of wines offered is excellent. When I went up to the first floor I found a nice, welcoming room full of customers. Having sat down, we took some breaded strips of baked chicken with artichokes and some tripe with sauce. Superlatives!! Fast service but without too many dishes on the table. A nice place with excellent value for money. I will definitely return.

Volendoci riunire in occasione della festa della donna per passare una serata solo donne abbiamo scelto di andare a mangiare buonissima carne e quindi la scelta è caduta sulla ristobraceria Sant'Agata a Sammichele che è sempre garanzia di buon cibo (siamo clienti fissi). Il locale si estende su due piani, al piano terra c'è il banco macelleria (di giorno funge da macelleria) dove si sceglie la carne che si vuole mangiare arrosto (vastissima scelta), su invece ci sono i tavoli (la scala interna è piccola tipica degli appartamenti antichi di paese) e la cassa. Il locale è stato ristrutturato da poco in stile moderno, il menù ben fatto dagli antipasti (prevalgono i piatti di carne e i contorni per accompagnarla) ai contorni; abbiamo preso tanto crudo, dal carpaccio alla salsiccia condita alla tartare alla pancetta, tutto super fresco e buonissimo, e la trippa al sugo delicata, ottima, come contorni funghi, patate fritte e al forno. La carne è molto buona (gradite le bombette), un pó meno la tagliata; questa volta ho gradito molto di più il crudo che il cotto ed il tutto accompagnato dal vino rosso della casa. Il conto super felice per tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato e mangiato, appena di 27€ a testa. Personalmente preferisco sant'agata alla tradizione.

Not particularly friendly service, especially at the meat counter. The meat is good, especially the bombette and the zampina, but the cut did not live up to expectations. In particular, in my opinion they tend to overcook (we had asked for a rare and a medium, they brought us a medium and a well done). It's not bad, but it wasn't my favorite barbecue place in the area

In the company of a nice group of friends, we chose this grill in San Michele di Bari, elegant and stocked with various qualities of local and foreign meats. There were also multiple mixed, original and tasty skewers. On request also various appetizers and chips cooked in various ways. The waiters were punctual and tidy during the various shifts of service on Saturday evenings.

The restaurant consists of the inevitable butcher's department for the choice of meat and the room for the choice of appetizers, carpaccio and side dishes. Excellent quality of raw materials, vast choice of rolls and bowls and excellent cuts with various maturations. Very good starters and wide choices for those who like to experiment. Delicious beef carpaccio, very good strips, the pistachio ones are too dry. The only flaw of the evening was the sliced ​​meat which I personally found to be overcooked and not pleasant to chew. Friendly and helpful service. Excellent value for money.
