Brewery in Champoluc. Varied menu with attention to local products. I had a delicious toast with gruyère and smoked ham served with excellent french fries, hamburger with Tropea onion, very tender meat and homemade bread. 0 km ice cream, excellent strudel. Large and excellent quality of beers. The coffee is served in mug-shaped cups. Well-kept place, very clean, very friendly staff, good prices. I recommend it

Excellent place to eat well and lots of it. Menu selected for quality, typical and varied dishes, for all tastes. Excellent beer. Very welcoming and clean environment. Kind and attentive staff. A look at authenticity and a greener future. Average prices but proportionate to the quality. To try and try again. Top.

Best brewery/pub I've ever been to. Incredible choice of beers (more than 100), hamburgers with local meat and homemade bread, artisanal sauces and craft beers. Prices are not exactly cheap but you certainly don't mind spending for exceptional quality. Friendly and efficient staff

Abbiamo pranzato ieri in questa brasserie poco lontano dalle piste di Champoluc. Il locale non è molto grande, non accettano prenotazioni, per cui consiglio, se non si vuole attendere, di arrivare presto. Il menù è vario, ci sono anche opzioni veg, oltre ai classici di montagna. Ho optato per un hamburger con carne di capriolo, chips di polenta e formaggio. Molto buono, per mio gusto personale, un pò indietro di sale, ma è appunto, gusto personale. Il servizio è stato veloce e presente nonostante, ad una certa, si sia creata una certa confusione. Prezzi nella media per il luogo. Birre molto buone.

Siamo venuti per caso al Sans Souci perché uno dei pochi posti in zona a restare aperto oltre le 21 e abbiamo trovato un’ottima accoglienza e ottimi hamburger!
I panini proposti sono fatti con carne locale e prodotti di ottima qualità, le birre sono davvero buone e per tutti i gusti.
La gentilezza e la cortesia dei gestori un plus non banale!
