Bon di! Today I received the package with salami and musèt. All very good -- but the carton was open (?) I want to know at what temperature to save the musèt? And cook: in broth, an hour? (Sorry for my kind of Italian)

I would like to point out that I have always found the quality of the cotechino excellent. This time I bought four cotechini of your production and I found many coarsely ground pieces of rind inside. Finding such large pieces in your mouth is not the best. I give as an example one of the many large pieces and a few of smaller caliber. I will continue to trust you but check the sausage next time.

As a Dutchman with Italian roots, I was raised on this salami from a young age on. And every time my family comes to The Netherlands or we visited Maniago i always get treated by a whole sausage. It is the taste of tradition, family values and hard, good labor and i can recommend everyone who visits to step in and have a taste of their fine products. Also keen on ordering and shipping products to Holland which is now possible, a thing i always desired! Good job!!
