The restaurant is located right on the sea, with the possibility of eating inside - with a view - or outside, with the waves just a few meters away and a view that embraces the entire bay. The area is that of Egnazia, among the chicest in the entire region. The food is obviously focused on the sea, with fish and shellfish protagonists both in the à la carte menu and on the catch of the day trolley (exciting for its freshness and quality). The service is attentive, friendly, never arrogant. The prices are the international ones you should expect from a place like this.

A magical location to say the least, truly unique and very romantic. Congratulations to all the staff, really friendly and very knowledgeable. Praise goes to Celeste who welcomed us as best as she could. An aperitif / dinner at sunset but also at lunch is recommended. One of the most beautiful locations ever visited.

The Saleblu restaurant in Chapter offers an exceptional culinary experience in a suggestive location by the sea. The minimalist room with white tones creates a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The dinner begins with a delicious aperitif accompanied by extrabrut champagne and the Chef's pampering as an entrée: the reinterpretation of the parmigiana and the beetroot chips were particularly appreciated. Homemade bread with gelled Coratina cultivar extra virgin olive oil is a unique touch. The starter does not disappoint with amberjack sashimi marinated in lavender and a red mullet sandwich with almond cream. The first, spaghetti with sea urchin, is simply surprising and is the Chef's signature. It is the explosion of the sea in your mouth with an emulsion of sea urchin pulp and water balanced by delicate milk curd and red prawns marinated in yuzu. Sommelier Andrea's advice to pair the first courses with a blend of Verdeca, Minitolo and Chardonnay from the Itria Valley was perfect. The dinner concluded with a sharing of Grand Cru with three varieties of cocoa from South America and Africa, presented in the form of mousses and sauces and accompanied by blackcurrant mousse. The service was simply impeccable and attentive, with the waiter, Alan, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting the Saleblu restaurant in less crowded periods to fully appreciate its beauty and intimacy.

Absolutely positive experience. Easy to reach. The location is truly suggestive and romantic, especially at sunset. Friendly staff and menu absolutely up to par. Special mention to the chef given that a single dish contained balance, refinement and quality. Absolutely recommended. Absolutely fair price considering service, menu and location. To return.
