As an Abruzzo native I can only applaud the classics. The handmade ones are good and the liver ones are notable. Ventricina by their nature a little heavy but well cooked. The house wine is sincere and respectful. Attentive and pleasant service. The desserts are dramatic.

Da tanto tempo volevamo provarlo, è stata veramente un’ottima cena. Abbiamo preso un antipasto x 2 molto abbondante con vari salumi tutti buonissimi, verdure grigliate e bruschette. Propone una vasta scelta di arrosticini anche con pollo, manzo e maiale…. Ma non solo Noi abbiamo provato quelli classici di pecora che sono eccezionali, carne ottima e molto buoni anche quelli di pollo. Gli arrosticini con la scamorza squisiti Insomma, proprio una bella scoperta! Come dolce una sbriciolata con la Nutella top! Lo consigliamo :)

Ospite per una doppia ricorrenza. Antipasti di affettati e poi arrosticini in vari gusti: ovino (a mano), di filetto, di pollo, di fegato di manzo. I migliori sono i tradizionali e quelli di pollo (tenerissimi). Contorni (patate-buone, cicoria- molto buona e molto piccante). Il vino in caraffa scende. I dolci, classicamente, panne cotte, cheesecake, tiramisù… non mi son piaciuti. Ma sono un extra che si può evitare. Si, è un bel posticino. Se mangi tanto, tanto paghi.

01/04/2024: Original and delicious Italian cuisine. The signature cocktails are awesome, the dishes are different from what you can eat in Rome and the personnel are kind and simple. You’re not welcomed as a tourist as in other places. An adresse to try among all!
01/04/2024: Very nice surprise with this restaurant which serves excellent Roman specialties, with a kitchen open to the room. The service is very friendly, with staff and a boss who speaks French very well. I highly recommend.

06/04/2024: Maximum rating for this fraschetta summarized in 5 points. 1- Location, very pretty and well furnished, welcoming but not rustic place like other fraschette. 2- courtesy of the staff, the guys are all really kind and helpful, ready to advise without being pushy or intrusive. 3- Quality of the dishes. We tried the truly complete and varied tasting menu, all the typical local dishes of excellent quality with (I continue to the next point) 5 abundant courses in fact my wife and I asked to divide the first one into two parts because we were really full. 6- More than honest price considering the quantity and quality (60 euros for two). Happy to review those who work excellently!
