Rossl Bianco Bistrot & Bar In Merano

Popped in by chance for a quick lunch while visiting the city. I'll start by saying that even though I've been traveling around here for years, it has never happened to me. It turned out to be a really nice little place, away from the tourist masses, quiet with few but good dishes, excellent quality service and prices below the tourist average!

I spent 3 nights in this wonderful b&b, I must say that I really enjoyed it, the rooms are tastefully furnished and very welcoming. I also recommend the restaurant, excellent cuisine at a fair price. The staff is very nice and very professional.

I was only there to eat, the service and food were first class.

Located in an ancient building, it offers large, very comfortable and quiet rooms. The restoration of the reception area, the restaurant and the breakfast room is stunning. The breakfast is varied and the restaurant is excellent, with prices slightly above average, but justified by the quality of the service and the type of venue. The kindness of the staff is not to be overlooked!

A wonderful experience in a wonderful place run by wonderful people. Before our arrival we could see the good attention since we wrote to ask if there were problems with our pet and the response was very comforting. Since we arrived they made us feel at home with attention Very familiar, the room super spacious and extremely clean, the food very very very good and refined with a dish finish worthy of a starred restaurant and the flavor you have to try to know that it is a traditional cuisine made with love.

Congratulations indeed to both the kitchen and the dining room! Impeccable service and cuisine.. Very nice and welcoming place, truly what true and serious catering means, you can find it in this restaurant!! Super happy that places like this still exist, which uphold the good name and fame of Italian cuisine. Truly professional, prepared service, despite their young age. Well done guys, keep it up. I will definitely return when I happen to be in Merano again and above all I highly recommend it!!!

Siamo stati a cena una sera, in questo periodo molti locali sono chiusi o chiudono presto. La cena è stata ottima, anche se è stata rovinata l'esperienza dal servizio. Il ragazzo è venuto più volte a chiedere se volevamo altro (considerando che abbiamo fatto una cena COMPLETA). Abbiamo chiesto di poter aspettare 10 minuti, ma di nuovo ha sollecitato chiedendo se volevamo il dolce. Quando è arrivato ha lasciato anche il conto .... Cosa inaccettabile in un ristorante così. Non è una birreria ma un locale raffinato e con ottimo cibo. Però servizio da birreria...

Utilizzo solo il ristorante. Ambiente caratteristico, ottimo servizio, piatti squisiti. Prezzi in linea con l'eleganza del posto. Lo consiglio

Di rientro dopo il Capodanno sulle Dolomiti, ci siamo imbattuti casualmente in questo posto magico. Atmosfera incantevole all’interno di un edificio storico, gentilezza del personale e qualità dei piatti degustati, mi fanno consigliare senza ombra di dubbio una tappa in questo ristorante a chi si trova a passare da Merano. Prezzo assolutamente sotto la media se si considerano qualità e location.
