A quick review.
This is a great introduction to the Michelin world in Venice.
This one is more bysantine than the others. Meaning it’s the vision of what the world as to offer based from Venice, and with their culinary heritage.
So it’s colorful, fun, rich and a bit on the sweet side.
The chef does a great job, the execution is perfect. My waiter was very thoughtful and spoke fluently English and French (at least).
I would recommend the big menu, for the price difference, it does worth it. And I really found that the “voyage” was well thought out.
A very solid star.

Great experience at Ristorante Wistèria. All were perfect! Mention to the room manager for his exemplary work in 4 languages! We had the 6-course menu with wine pairing. The sommelier did a good job, with an excellent discovery of a white wine. The meal from appetizers to sweets was perfect. From the choice of products, flavors. I loved the tableware, as did the superb wine glasses also used. We were able to enjoy the outdoor setting, on the terrace, it is magnificent. An unforgettable evening in Venice, thank you very much.

It was a wonderful course meal.
Excellent !! Absolutely delivers across the board. INCREDIBLE food, small bites that simply explode with flavor, creative but very cohesive. Exceptional service, beautiful calm atmosphere. Would 100% come back here again. We ordered the 8 course Serendipity menu, highly recommend.

Certainly in the top 3 restaurants (for food and wine) that I have ever experienced. I've eaten Michelin all over; NYC, France, UK, and Italy. They could lift the interior design a bit, otherwise faultless. Just Go! The young sommelier was fabulous.

It’s the best thing to be able to catch stars while traveling. This time I chose 8 course menu SERENDIPITY. The dishes and ingredients will be adjusted according to the season.
First up was some finger food, kicked off with a bottle of berry juice. This bottle of berry juice has high acidity and is very refreshing and appetizing. Next was a dish of beef dumplings. The beef gravy was very rich, and the green curry sauce that was paired with it was also rich and tantalizing. Tasty, and the bread provided by the restaurant is also very high-quality, with a crispy exterior and a soft and chewy texture. It is served with specially made butter with nuts and spices. If you don't have to be careful, the whole plate of bread can really be wiped clean.
⭐️Finland memories
The first dish is called "Memories of Finland". The stock made with wild trout and porcini mushrooms is extremely sweet. The cuttlefish marshmallows that are paired with it are also very interesting. The slightly burnt marshmallows are soft and a little elastic. , and uses lemongrass as bamboo sticks. In addition to the umami and salty aroma of cuttlefish, it also exudes a faint fresh lemongrass flavor.
⭐️Winter in the garden
It’s also very tricky to eat green vegetables with rice when you come to Miji. The star of the show is the South Italian turnip vegetable, which is commonly known as kohlrabi. Only the young leaves are eaten, and it is paired with sauerkraut and kale, which are grilled over high charcoal. The kohlrabi has a rich burnt aroma, and the sweet and sour sauce just balances out the sweet and bitter taste.
⭐️ Doge’s bruschetta
Bruschetta is a classic Italian light snack. The bread is first baked in a charcoal fire and then topped with your favorite toppings. "Doge's bruschetta" literally means the Doge's Italian toast, which is a luxurious version of toast. The bread baked with butter is already full of rich buttery aroma, coupled with the extremely rich goat milk cheese and the fragrant foie gras bursting with fat, it provides an extremely overbearing taste impact.
⭐️Gnocchi incolla
Gnocchi is another traditional Italian dish. It is a ball-shaped pasta made of potatoes and flour. The restaurant uses smoky Gnocchi to wrap sweet and oily salami. It is also perfect when paired with flaxseed pesto. Reduces greasy feeling.
High-end restaurants often serve a sour sorbet to clear the taste buds in the middle of the meal. Unexpectedly, Wistèria serves a dish of spaghetti as a break. The perfect spaghetti is simply served with olive oil, four-leaf clover and... The sauce made with three kinds of pickled eggplants not only has a refreshing and anti-greasy effect, but also shows the restaurant's confidence and craftsmanship in its own products.
⭐️Red lentis torchiatini
Just like the name of the dish, red lentils are crushed to make macaroni. It has a unique taste and is full of bean flavor. It is paired with red mullet, known as the ruby of the Mediterranean. The sashimi-like meat is very soft and has a rich umami flavor. Plus With the playful fennel curry sorbet and the slightly spicy and appetizing red sauce, your taste buds are once again at your fingertips.
⭐️ BBQ eel incense and peppers
I didn’t expect to encounter one of the best grilled eels in my life in Venice. The meticulous cooking skills are wonderful, but the simple and unpretentious craftsmanship is even more valuable. The eel itself is plump and thick, and it is simply seasoned with black pepper and salt. , the outside is charcoal-grilled until crispy, the meat is tender and delicious, and the gel-like fat in the middle is the essence, and it penetrates into the fish skin and meat little by little, increasing the taste of the fish.
⭐️ Beef heart veils
When I looked at the menu, I thought it was a main dish made of beef. Unexpectedly, there is no word "food" in the restaurant. It carefully cooks beef heart. The texture of beef heart is very soft and the taste is similar to roast beef. It is very fresh but slightly beefy. The tangy taste is perfectly balanced by the sweet and sour pomegranate juice.
⭐️ Cardoons, artichokes, topinambur
Finally, there is the dessert session. The first dessert is the classic panna cotta, served with fried artichoke crisps and extremely refreshing chamomile foam. The hawthorn fruit is the perfect ending.
