A quick review. This is a great introduction to the Michelin world in Venice. This one is more bysantine than the others. Meaning it’s the vision of what the world as to offer based from Venice, and with their culinary heritage. So it’s colorful, fun, rich and a bit on the sweet side. The chef does a great job, the execution is perfect. My waiter was very thoughtful and spoke fluently English and French (at least). I would recommend the big menu, for the price difference, it does worth it. And I really found that the “voyage” was well thought out. A very solid star.

Great experience at Ristorante Wistèria. All were perfect! Mention to the room manager for his exemplary work in 4 languages! We had the 6-course menu with wine pairing. The sommelier did a good job, with an excellent discovery of a white wine. The meal from appetizers to sweets was perfect. From the choice of products, flavors. I loved the tableware, as did the superb wine glasses also used. We were able to enjoy the outdoor setting, on the terrace, it is magnificent. An unforgettable evening in Venice, thank you very much.
