Superb address excellent quality both in the welcome in French but by the quality of the dishes served 3 meals taken in this establishment nothing but happiness.

Excellent experience to repeat. Both the quality and the cuts of meat offered are undoubtedly excellent as is their cooking. We put ourselves in the butcher's hands and what he suggested and ultimately prepared was delicious. Perhaps the price is a little high but questionable because I believe that quality should be paid for fairly. (3 people €95 each with 1 bottle of Rocca Rubia). Advise.

Quality and cooking of the meat is impeccable (5) but... Small portions (2) List and prices of starred restaurant wines (1) there is no house wine and there is no bottle at a moderate price. Filtered tap water for €3 (what rating could I give?). Final price definitely too high (1)

siamo stati piu volte in questo ristorante di carne ad Olbia uno dei pochi della tipologia e forse per questo che l’ultima volta credo che se ne siano un po’ approfittati perché il conto era veramente alto per una bistecca e una bottiglia di vino “ amarone “ troppo ricaricato in base al vino . mi dispiace non so se tornerò più .. faccio queste mestiere da più di 30 anni so quello che scrivo..

Locale in centro a Olbia. Tagli di carne esposti in vetrina che fanno notare la buona qualità. Abbiamo preso un misto di carni e sono rimasta veramente colpita da quella di bisonte, un gusto eccezionale! Anche il resto era buonissimo, accompagnato dal cannonau. Per i veri "carnivori"😃 è il posto giusto

Trovo questo locale per caso e decido di provare... Ottimi gli antipasti arrosticini di pecora... Come secondo ho preso chianina Toscana carne al osso... Tutto buonissimo... Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino rosso!!! Tutto ottimo. Molto soddisfatto!

29/01/2024: Siamo stati a San Teodoro in vacanza e abbiamo mangiato due volte ad Alba Chiara. La prima volta abbiamo preso delle linguine all'astice fantastiche, e la famosa seadas, davvero molto buona. Siamo tornati di nuovo e abbiamo provato diverse cose. Tra le più buone ci sono le capesante gratinata, la zuppa di pesce, il risotto alla pescatore e gli spaghetti arselle e bottarga. Personale di sala professionale e simpatico. Ringraziamo Roberto per la grandissima ospitalità; se torniamo a San Teodoro sicuramente ci ripasseremo
04/12/2023: We had some crazy lobster linguine! Top!! The pizzas looked very good too. Nice location for being in the center of San-Teodoro, very chaotic service. I will definitely come back

07/10/2023: The best gluten-free pizza I ever had! Fantastic dough and a great variation of creative toppings. The regular burger my partner had was also amazing. Fruit sushi for dessert was ok but nothing special. The lady who was serving us was exceptional, we felt really welcome and well taken care of. She was funny too! We had a really nice and relaxed evening.
