Excellent restaurant for lunch break with fixed price menu at 10 euros. I've been there a few times now and I have to say that the dishes are always good and easy to digest. The service is quick (very important during lunch breaks!) and the waitresses are always friendly. Simple but nice and clean environment. In the area there is parking a few minutes away on foot.
