Ristorante Pizzeria Apollo In Torri del benaco

25/05/2024: I am speechless...... An unexpected surprise... We ended up there by chance last night after an appointment in the area. Given the late hour we thought we'd stop somewhere for a bite to eat, and since we were in Lessinia why not something typical, knowing the delicacies of this place very well. Having met Fabio at the entrance with a big smile and the desire to make us taste something good, the environment immediately appeared elegant even if the area would have brought with it a slightly rustic atmosphere, but no, the environment was elegant and at the same time very very characteristic the union between tradition and elegance reigns supreme. What I liked most was the very familiar welcome and the very kind and knowledgeable waitress. Fabio came directly to the table to recommend the best dishes and since we wanted to try a bit of everything he recommended the bean soup and Gnocchi sbatui, we wanted a portion for one divided in two so we could enjoy a bit of everything , even if the portions were already divided in two, they were elegantly accompanied, even the eye wants its part. And for the second course the veal cheeks with its sauce accompanied by the puree. I don't eat much meat but I can assure you that last night I ate all the flavors and tenderness of the meat were something that made you dream. It's been a long time since I ate such good things, all surrounded by a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I really liked it, I'd say it's a gem in this somewhat harsh period. For me I can assure you it was a cuddle. I recommend everyone to go there because it's worth it.

29/02/2024: On Saturday evening I wanted to go out for a pizza with my family and my daughter, booked by Fabio in Cerro Veronese. I didn't know about this place. I ate delicious pizza at night, I didn't have a dry throat, and I digested it very well. The dessert was also good, the waitress was competent and friendly. Outside the building it looks like an old pizzeria but I like the inside, it's rustic. Average prices, definitely worth returning
