Risotto full of history. Mill still in operation, park with animals and relaxing environment. Restaurant with open kitchen, excellent home-grown rice, prepared by the Chef with seasonal products. I recommend the tasting menu with starter, three rice dishes and dessert, at a price of around 40 euros. Elegant rooms and friendly and welcoming service. Highly recommended for those who love rice and a relaxing environment. It was wonderful to receive the dishes while watching the chef cook. The open kitchen is the plus of the restaurant room.

We were there for a birthday dinner, rice polenta a new discovery combined with typical cured meats, special turnip rice, island risotto a guarantee! To top it all off, a cake was prepared for the birthday girl, a wonderful experience, friendly and helpful staff, a place immersed in tranquility, a beautiful mill, my daughters were very happy!

Risaia Ferron restaurant, their risotto is a guarantee.
Suggestive environment where you can breathe the history of this rice field.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
Fixed menu consisting of a starter, 3 risottos and 1 dessert based on the proposals of the day. Completely gluten free as they only use rice flour.
I informed them that I was vegan and they prepared an entire menu for me, all very good and of high quality.
