Excellent lunch break. Clean place, friendly staff. Excellent quality food and always different dishes. The pesto is very good.

This place was a great surprise last night, for the first time and we will be back, we highly recommend there were 4 of us, all satisfied, the dishes were as well as exquisite and skilfully presented!..nice, helpful and professional staff!!..Giuseppina Pilato

Update: after a year we returned and the place remains the best in the area. The service is attentive, precise, the staff trained, the food excellent and of the highest quality. Truly a guarantee. A full 5 star. Everything, from the food to the service, to the location, is truly perfect. But let's go in order. We ordered some white ravioli, incredibly tasty, and some fettuccine with tomato and shrimp. Even though I'm not a fish lover, they were so good that I had to try them too. For second I had a plate of Picanha, meat cooked to perfection, with a side of baked potatoes that melted in your mouth, and various vegetables. My partner took a tasting route of Italian and French cheeses, which arrived with a wonderful presentation, accompanied by jams, honey, and various fruits. For dessert we had an apple pie, which I highly recommend, it was very good, the portion was generous, the cinnamon was in the right amount and it was accompanied by a small portion of cream. Also worthy of praise is the incredibly large and rich wine list, full of Italian and foreign products. The staff is really very kind and friendly. The restaurant is also beautiful, with the possibility of eating inside (excellent furnishings) or outside, al fresco.

Cucina genovese di buon livello Il locale non è grande ed è situato non lontano dal famoso Cimitero di Staglieno. Personale molto cortese, arredamento adeguato allo stile adottato. Abbiamo preso Baccalà Brandacujun, ottimo, ed un ricco fritto misto di gamberi, calamari, panissette arricchito di funghi fritti, anche questo buonissimo. Tagliolini al pesto con patate e fagiolini, desserts della casa tutti di buona fattura. Si puô tornare.

premesso che trovare un posteggio è impossibile, situato lontano dal centro, il locale non è molto grande, la cucina è buona, i tavoli piccoli e come se non bastasse ci hanno messo dei piatti con delle zucche come decorazione, il tavolo è privo di tovaglia o tovaglietta, il tovagliolo di carta, non hanno vino della casa ma solo bottiglie che spaziano da un minimo di 18€ a più di 100€, se si opta per un calice di vino il prezzo si aggira tra gli 8€ e 10€ e la quantità veramente modesta, il cibo buono ma le quantità è veramente ridotta e il prezzo piuttosto alto, se vuoi mangiare e riempirti la pancia devi mangiare primo, secondo, contorno e magari anche il dolce. Il problema di questo posto è che la cucina offerta di buona qualità a prezzi non economici, meriterebbe un servizio altrettanto di qualità con tovaglia e tovaglioli di stoffa e tavolo un poco più grande. Io ero lì per lavoro e avevo un budget limitato e quindi ho mangiato solo un secondo, un antipasto in 2 e un calice di vino. Usciti da li siamo andati a mangiarci un panino al Mc donald.

17/03/2024: Known for its exceptional ravioli, I had an excellent starter and an excellent second course, but the ravioli this time were good, but not exceptional, I have to return, perhaps the consistency is missing. The long and winding road doesn't help, but it's still worth it.
20/01/2024: Remarkable experience. Two people. Starter: boiled chestnuts, honey and bacon. Self-produced honey, local chestnuts and fresh pancetta coppata. First courses: Ravioli with touch Let me start by saying that the first time I try a restaurant in the hinterland I always ask for ravioli, so I can compare the quality. These are among the best, small, irregular, tasty, excellent touch, notable quantity (two portions each and we have some left over). Second courses: stuffed chicken. Traditional dish that is rarely offered around. I wanted to try it even though it's normally a dish I don't like very much. This one largely passed the test. Even though we asked to limit the portions a bit, we just couldn't finish it. The owner very kindly, without us even asking, prepared bags with leftovers for us. Desserts: Tiramisu Another dish that I always request the first time. This too is natural, well made, pleasant and not heavy. Wine: bulk white The wine deserves a separate note. I usually ask for a bottle, because the loose white in the restaurant turns acidic before the evening. But here they brought us a bottle of an amber and fruity wine that is worth more than many bottled Vermentinos. They are supplied in Veneto. At the end of the meal we asked for a kilo of their delicious honey, which they put on the invoice under "side dishes". Do you understand? They could have sold it under the table, but instead they pay taxes! Final bill 67 EUROS FOR TWO, of which 10 euros for honey. The environment is welcoming, a few tables with locals. The secret is to go there on weekdays. What else can I add? It was an AUTHENTIC experience, much better than certain gourmant restaurants that pass themselves off as "traditional" and are instead carefully planned operations, which for a lunch like this cost you 60 euros each. Congratulations to the managers, we will be back as soon as possible!
