One of the best restaurants that we regularly frequent in Trentino. Elegant and warm environment, excellent dishes and fantastic boiled meat trolley. Many dishes and pizzas also gluten-free.

Abbiamo alloggiato all'hotel Rovereto (esperienza fantastica) ed abbiamo deciso di cenare al ristorante dell'hotel: ottima scelta ! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo assaggiato i piatti tipici della cucina locale ma non solo, tutto ottimo , ben servito e senza attese, in un ambiente veramente molto accogliente e rilassante , staff professionale, gentile e disponibile, ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Generally when they adapt pizzas to make them vegan they are always disappointing. This was super, overflowing with delicious vegetables and the dough was excellent. Their sorbet is also vegan approved, I got the pineapple one and it was excellent!

Il locale è accogliente e arredato con gusto, situato in una delle vie principali di Rovereto. Personale gentile e disponibile a spiegare il menu. Piatti curati e gustosi, porzioni giuste; nota di merito per il pane e la pasta fatti in casa e per l'ottimo strudel. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Indubbiamente sanno "coccolare" il cliente.

09/05/2024: We have been a couple of loyal customers for several years now and the quality of the food has always been very high, both the cuisine and the pizza. As for the latter, I would dare to say that with the arrival of the new pizza chef Pietro it has even gone up a further step, absolutely phenomenal. The only flaw - which is the reason why I give four stars instead of five - is that the prices have risen a lot, and it's a great shame because this place has always managed to combine quality with honest prices. If they were lower we would definitely be happy to come a few more times.
03/05/2024: We passed by chance and it was a pleasant discovery. Very good starter, the giardiniera the best I have ever tasted. Tasty and plentiful first courses, unfortunately there was no room left for a dessert... but they were very inviting! 😉

17/03/2024: What can I say....it felt like I was at home...truly professional chef and dining room..if you want to find fresh fish cooked in a divine way only the Framco chef will be able to satisfy you...what about the dining room???l The welcome from the staff and Dennis was truly exceptional...well done, well done..... Chef the EXCELLENT MUSSELS
