Ristorante Macelleria Degustazione di Carne alla Brace da Pasqualino In Carovigno

01/09/2023: Ho provato questo locale consigliatomi dal gestore dove alloggiavo e devo dire che è stato un ottimo consiglio. Location essenziale ma molto bella, cucina eccellente che sia pizza, cucina di carne o pesce con piatti particolari molto sfiziosi ed una lista di vini per intenditori. Personale poi estremamente cordiale e gentilissimo. Chapeau.

06/08/2023: We have been here many times, this is the new location and we love it. We always try to sit outside it the back but for some reason, even when we make a reservation it is not available to us. Even though that disappoints me it is worth the inconvenience. The pizzas are delicious and you have a choice, you can order Napolitano style, Pugliese style or Roma style. All are wonderful! The other food choices are great too! They have delicious steaks and delicious pastas. The desserts are displayed at the front of the restaurant. The décor is fantastic, I love the color scheme, the tile work. Everything is pleasing to the eye. The service sometimes is a little spotty, but they are a busy place and the servers work in 3 rooms. Maybe they should rethink that. You can tell that they can't really pay attention to their tables when they are running back and forth to different rooms. The place can be a little noisy, and the music can be distracting. You also have scan a code to see a menu and that really annoys me. I prefer a paper menu, so I can peruse the whole menu. A big plus for this place is parking! Especially in August, when all the tourists are here for Ferragosto. The other thing that I think the servers should do, is when you are ordering apps for the table, tell the table how many pieces are in a serving. We were ordering for a table for 6 and the fiore di zucca only comes in 4. So when it came to the table we had to make another order. A small problem and easily corrected.
