Ristorante La Prua In Avola

My partner decided to take me to this lovely restaurant! He had already mentioned to me that the dishes were excellent and he was absolutely not wrong. Fresh, melt-in-your-mouth fish with a delicate flavour. We opted for the bow starter, of which I particularly appreciated the smoked swordfish; We also asked them to bring us a mussel soup....and never was the choice more appropriate! It's impossible not to indulge in such a well-prepared sauce with a pleasantly spicy flavor! Let's move on to the first ones... My boyfriend chose grouper ravioli, with pistachio and swordfish; I have spaghetti with bottarga and prawn tartare; Really excellent and the lemon gave freshness to the dish. The only note maybe the cooking of the pasta. For personal taste I prefer it al dente, and it seemed to have exceeded the cooking time. And I wouldn't have despised an extra sprinkling of bottarga. These are personal tastes, I realize. Obviously we also thank you for the excellent service, the girls were very nice and always served us with a smile despite it being a crowded evening. Ultimately, impeccable quality/price ratio! You have earned some new customers!

Pretty average fish dishes, some oversalted, some bland. Overall, it's pretty uninspired and offers little that's surprising. The price is just acceptable. A bit of a bland atmosphere that's supposed to look modern, but it doesn't really fit. Friendly service, clean, well organized.

Mi sono recato in questo ristorante su consiglio di una persona del luogo, e dopo aver letto delle recensioni su tpa. Abbiamo pranzato bene, prendendo due portate a testa, chi antipasto e primo, chi antipasto e secondo: dalla frittura di pesce al giro di antipasti, passando dall'antipasto la prua, tutto buono, salvo il cocktail di gamberi, con mini gamberetti surgelati. lo ho preso i ravioli di pesce con pesto di pistacchio, molto buoni. Prezzo corretto, che ha risentito del vino in bottiglia e dello spumante. Consigliabile.
