Ate really well. The snails are excellent. All well cooked and well served by a probably new waiter who was really good and courteous. Adequate account. I will definitely be back.

Excellent Valentine's Day dinner. Everything was delicious from the appetizer to the mango ice cream. Furthermore, the plating of a true chef thrilled us. We will return for the classic menus. A gem: the mini seat to place my wife's bag.

Si viene accolti da personale esperto che ama il proprio lavoro. L'apparecchiatura è curata. L'ambiente confortevole, di una eleganza che sa di tradizione. Di tradizione sanno anche i piatti. Con due proposte che vanno provate: rane e lumache (per la verità io non ho osato ma mi fido dei commenti entusiastici di chi lo ha fatto). Per me tagliatelle e coniglio. Di 9 che eravamo a tavola, tutti siamo usciti appagati. Tutto davvero ottimo. Anche i vini!

Non andavo in questo ristorante da tanti anni ma a parte il locale rinnovato ho trovato la stessa gentilezza del personale e la ricercatezza dei piatti serviti.

Locale molto carino nella campagna bolognese con atmosfera piacevole e cucina curata. Lo conoscevo e perciò ho deciso di prenotare proprio li una cena molto importante per me con tanti invitati. Tutto confermato :atmosfera deliziosia , cucina e servizio eccellenti . Un ringraziamento a Deborah, Alessandro e a tutto lo staff per la cortesia e disponibilità che hanno contribuito alla riuscita di una serata magica.

Ristorante moto ben curato all’interno di una tipica casa di campagna della “bassa” bolognese. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, prevalentemente piatti a base di carne. Tutto veramente di ottimo livello da antipasto a secondi. Una delle tartare più buone mai mangiate. Proprietaria molto gentile e servizio curato.

Ambiente interno ed esterno molto ben curato con veloce e ottimo servizio. Antipasti buoni (12/13€) in particolare la trilogia di zucchine e la sottile di manzo. Eccezionali come da tradizione i tortellini in brodo (17€) forse solo un po’ troppo salati. Ravioli di melanzane buoni. Ottimo il semifreddo mango e cioccolato bianco (7€).

05/04/2024: We had lunch here before visiting nearby Rocchetta Mattei. The manager was very attentive to our time requirements bound by the reservation at the Rocchetta. He served us immediately, with kindness. This type of attention is not to be taken for granted and has allowed us to manage to do everything within the established times. The food is excellent and the value for money is absolutely advantageous. Gluten-free options are also available, served carefully and with the necessary care. To try!
03/04/2024: Located literally near a fortress, it feels like entering a cabin with a renovated and modern appearance, the environment still remains as convivial as the dishes. The crescentine with the various cured meats and cheeses are absolutely worth trying, a plate of that would be enough for a lunch for two people.

28/03/2024: Elegant place in the historic center, proposals that develop on a menu that varies according to the period, very courteous, slightly haughty service, excellent range of wines, well-made dishes, some to be perfected; prices generally a little overestimated, overall appreciable
14/03/2024: I went to this tavern recommended by a friend, the service was as excellent as the wine offered. Refined and particular food, high level presentation. The price isn't cheap, but it's okay!
