Excellent Tuscan restaurant with a beautiful garden. Courteous service. I ate well from the agreed menu (it was a family lunch). I will definitely come back.

We came here for dinner!
Ordered for starters tuna and salmon tartars and ravioli with strawberries (I know, sounds strange) and they were very delicious!
For second course we ordered Fiorentino steak. Made a mistake by ordering in medium as it should be eaten medium rare. It was delicious, that’s for sure, but not as it can be.
FYI - steak can be ordered minimum 1kg, but also has a big T bone and for 2 super hungry people size is perfect to leave this place with full bellies!
Restaurant is cosy, with large paintings on the walls.
Staff is friendly, helped to choose what to eat and how to pair wines.
Overall good experience!

When we came to the restaurant at 8:30 PM Friday night (the best primetime), we saw only 4 cars. This was the first warning sign, that this place was struggling for business. Overall is hardly 4 stars. The food was OK, definitely not the best in the area, and the service was OK, but the atmosphere was amazing with the old fireplace. We kind of liked this place, but we found many more great places and better value.

Exceptional place in an enchanting location. High quality food and impeccable, attentive service. Welcome prosecco and tasting of couscous offered. What can I say, you immediately feel pampered. A welcoming place where you feel at home. Superlative food, ossobuco and guinea fowl accompanied by an excellent Bolgheri wine delighted our dinner. Special 70% dark chocolate dessert. I don't find a discordant note, a place to return without any doubt, above all to be able to appreciate the space outside which is a great added value, together with the sixteenth-century fireplace that frames the main room. Sincere congratulations.

Beautiful restaurant immersed in a green park on the outskirts of Impruneta, where good food, hospitality and professional service are their strong points!
Perfect for celebrating important ceremonies or for a romantic dinner.
Il Battibecco, recommended for any occasion where we want to pamper ourselves either in front of the splendid fireplace or in the cool of the garden.

In my opinion a slightly chic environment, removing some of the dangling stars and flowers and letting the decor speak for itself, it would be VERY NICE,,,,,EXCELLENT food, reasonable quality and price

Ristorante classico elegante con note di cucina particolare . La seconda volta che andiamo lì . Ambiente molto curato nei dettagli decorazioni natalizie top . Anche menù particolare. Ottimi spaghetti nero seppia limone e bottarga . La spigola cartoccio con carciofi idem. Unica pecca i prezzi troppo lati . Ristorante vuoto per essere un sabato sera ….

Un signor ristorante diciamo
Più un Resort per arredamento pulizia e immenso in uno scenario bellissimo d’inverno mangi in queste stanze con travi caratteristiche toscane con camino acceso e in estate immersi in paradiso verde curato nei minimi particolari
Mi ha colpito il fatto che ci sono 10 bagni puliti e curatissimi
Per quanto riguarda il mangiare non ci sono altre parole oltre al fatto che i sapori sono sublimi con una eccellente cantina vini e super alcolici
I miei sinceri complimenti!!!
