Simple and nice place, if you don't like it it's quite subjective... good food, I would only increase the quantity of food in the courses especially in the platters and first courses... Prices are normal, there is a menu and prices on display outside the restaurant....

The restaurant is located inside a kind of castle, with a tower, the interior is very nice, unfortunately the outside is on a somewhat busy road. I went for an event for which the presence of mushrooms was expected, but they didn't have any. He says because they can't be found, then elsewhere I've seen cassettes of Porcini arriving, I don't want to say that what they told me isn't true, but the result doesn't change. We ate two first courses, one of which was a ragù that was a little too salty and one with bacon which I was expecting to be tastier. The service is very courteous and punctual, the dessert is good. However, I admit that I was a little disappointed. Sin

12/05/2024: Excellent service, great location, very cold beers.
08/05/2024: The place is certainly touristy but I was there for lunch and I must say that the pizza is not bad and the price for Lucca center (full centre), a margherita, a beer and a coffee, 12 euros, is almost impossible to find. They also do first courses. The only downside is the service is a bit slow

GLAM Lounge Cafè

18/02/2024: Fab and open all day. Not just for burgers, it also has a little Mexican menu, and the simple but delicious Italian vegetables. When most other places in Lucca are closed this place is a real find, situated under the city walls on a nice streed, it has a decent sized seating area outside, with lovely lights and umbrellas. My bill for grilled vegetables, fried potatoes, and 2 glasses of wine, came to €23. Highly recommend.
17/01/2024: I didn't know him but it was a very pleasant discovery. I highly recommend it.
