This restaurant is absolutely stunning. From the welcome to our departure everything was impeccable. Michelin need to get in their car visit. They could not have visited otherwise they would rate it three stars. It outperforms any three star restaurants in London save, perhaps for Clare Smyth. The food is perfectly cooked and sublimely presented to the table. This chef is at the top of his profession with flavours that hit you in the mouth. Sauces are well balanced and enhance the disk rather than confuse and muddy the flavour. Don’t leave Bologna without visiting. In fact it is so near the airport it should be your first stop. Forget the ‘Towers’ go here!

Per una ricorrenza molto speciale abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo locale blasonato, ricavato in una bellissima villa del 500 perfettamente conservata. Tavoli ampi e molto distanti tra loro, atmosfera rilassante. Servizio attento e scrupoloso. Lo Chef passa spesso al tavolo per sincerarsi che tutto vada bene. Abbiamo provato il menù storico con 10 portate complessive, tutte di alto livello ma una particolare menzione va all'anguilla di Comacchio e alla seppia con spuma d'aglio, davvero spettacolari. Strepitoso anche il pane fatto in casa. Sebbene siano tutti assaggi, si arriva alla fine del percorso davvero sazi. Un ringraziamento speciale allo Chef che ci ha fatto arrivare a sorpresa una piccola tortina per festeggiare l'evento. Rapporto qualità / prezzo nella media. Esperienza da provare sicuramente.

05/04/2024: Fabulous evera farm with zero km products and animals present on site. We spent a special Easter in this enchanting place. The rustic and well-kept interiors, the abundant and super genuine cuisine, the very courteous service, very good quality/price ratio. It is only open 3 days a week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) you need to book well in advance, because the list is long. It's worth it, highly recommended. We will definitely return. Thanks to all the Staff
24/03/2024: I have been going to the farm for years and I always have a great time. From the cresentine with cold cuts and cheese, to the desserts, including the first and second courses, everything is delicious. I, who like to savor simple flavours, that is to say that if I have tortelloni with ricotta I like to taste the pasta and ricotta and nothing else, Farneto always fully meets my expectations. The meat tastes so good that it doesn't even need to be seasoned. Their ice cream is so good that I would continue to eat it endlessly.
