Ristorante Fontandrone In Pieve santo stefano

With part of the family coming from Romagna and another from Perugia we decided to meet halfway for lunch in this beautiful valley between Pieve Santo Stefano and Chiusi della Verna. We opted for the fixed menu at €35 each which included a mixed starter with an exceptional capocollo, two first ravioli and bringoli, sliced ​​meat of their own production with onions and potatoes, tart and dessert with vinsanto plus water and wine. All excellent but with a special mention to the cut because it rarely happens to find such high quality meat, despite Salt Bae and all its similar

Excellent farmhouse with very kind staff

Trovato per caso in quanto di passaggio ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. Locale accogliente, personale cortese, ottime tutte le portate che abbiamo mangiato. Carne di alta qualità. Consiglio di provare anche la grappa basilico e salvia: buonissima!
