A travel experience not to be missed in traditional Piedmontese cuisine, from sauces (green, tuna, Russian) to the flavors of cured meats to those of asparagus and fresh porcini mushrooms. And this is to limit ourselves to the choices allowed for a single evening!! Thanks to the advice and professionalism of those who manage the dining room and kitchen.

Good restaurant... I would have liked to give 5 stars, but I didn't because of the waiting times between one dish and another (probably the fact that we went on a Saturday)...

The food is really very good, with locally sourced products of excellent quality. There are many dishes from the typical Piedmontese cuisine but also from other regions. Really well-stocked wine cellar. You will also find an excellent choice of desserts, all homemade and delicious. Friendly and pleasant staff, but very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended 👍

Cibo di alta qualità; sedanini con gorgonzola e cavolfiore consigliatissimi, così come la faraona con verdure. Accompagnate il tutto con la tipica freisa frizzante e le vostre papille ringrazieranno. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità. Servizio impeccabile. Se vi trovate a Chieri, non potete non fermarvi qui.
