We found it with The Fork and reading some reviews we were a little hesitant (someone claimed that by booking with The Fork you were treated with more reluctance and the menu was different from the "official" one) Instead we found a warm and not at all superficial welcome from the owner, so much so that we returned a second time. Very pleasant environment, courteous and helpful staff and dishes that absolutely lived up to expectations. The seafood carbonara is excellent, the risotto with shellfish bisque is very delicate and the spaghetti with razor clams is very good. If you pass by Torre del Lago I recommend this restaurant.

Locale molto particolare nell'arredamento, prevale l'oro e il nero ma è molto accogliente. Il servizio è professionale e molto accurato. Il menù prevede sia opzioni di pesce che di carne. Buoni i piatti assaggiati in particolare il gran crudo sia per quantità che per qualità. Gentili nel venire incontro alle esigenze di una persona celiaca. Il proprietario è molto gentile e premuroso verso i clienti. La carta dei vini soddisfa qualsiasi palato. Il conto è importante, ma ci sono tutti gli ingredienti per passare una bella serata.

Pranzo ottimo in questo posto carino. Personale gentile e professionale. Qualità! Sarebbe un po caro ma con TheFork abbiamo speso 83 euro in due con due portate a testa ottime più acqua più caffe. Direi ottimo. Bel locale

07/04/2024: Tastes must be those of refuge lovers. Simplicity, authenticity, familiarity. As for Alberto "if you want to see shop windows it's not the right place". In three days I felt like family and I will definitely be back!
17/03/2024: Beautiful peasant environment, one that reminds us of our grandparents. Sale of cheeses and cured meats, delicious ricotta, I didn't like the neccio fritters but tastes aren't the same for everyone. Comfortable place to hand, very good. The refuge can be reached from the village of Pescaglia by continuing uphill.
