Ristorante Due Spade In Cernusco sul naviglio

Intimate and welcoming, the exposed beams and the fireplace give the restaurant a romantic and soft style. Good choice of background music and well-spaced tables create the ideal environment to spend a pleasant evening ensuring ideal discretion. The restaurant is located in a blind street and is not signposted, the area is quiet and peaceful but there is little parking. A la carte menu with moderate prices. Tasting menu consisting of 6 courses for €55. We asked for a variation of a course from the tasting menu and, although the latter was designed with predefined combinations, we were satisfied by the chef and the staff who were able to accommodate us. The dishes were all of excellent quality and well balanced, I recommend the squid black risotto. The only note on the mullet-based dish; the flavor of the fish was completely covered by the wasabi, I would recommend a revisitation of the seasoning with a less intense and less spicy proposal. Compliments to the friendliness of the service in the room and particular praise to the waiter who was able to recommend the excellent accompanying wine. If you are in the area I absolutely recommend paying a visit to this hidden pearl in the center of Cernusco S/N.

A place I frequent for business lunches and which was the perfect opportunity to celebrate my wife's birthday. Classy environment, of the right size to be able to give the attention that is deserved to what is prepared and served as well as the guests at the table, attention, kindness, quality of the dishes, last but not least excellent wine. Per una cena in famiglia, siamo tornati al ristorante Due Spade dopo un paio d’anni dall’ultima volta. Come sempre abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare dei piatti deliziosi e curati, l’involtino di triglia con caponata e salsa wasabi letteralmente si scioglieva in bocca per non parlare poi dei tris di dolci che sarebbe stato da raddoppiare: il gelato alla panna con le fragole buonissimo, i cannoncini ed il morbido al cacao golosissimi….ma, dispiace ammetterlo, abbiamo riscontrato un servizio un pò freddo e disattento che non ci si aspetta da chi fa ristorazione da sempre: a differenza degli altri tavoli non ci è stato proposto un aperitivo, abbiamo dovuto richiamare l’attenzione per poter ordinare da bere, dopo aver già ordinato il cibo, e la bottiglia è arrivata, dopo nostra richiesta, alcuni minuti dopo aver ricevuto le prime portate, nessuno si è preoccupato di chiederci se fosse tutto apposto durante la cena, tantomeno si è scusato per il vino. Insomma, siamo tornati a casa con la sensazione che mancasse qualcosa, soddisfatti per la cena ma non per l’accoglienza: soddisfatti a metà!

Un ristorante di classe nel cuore di Cernusco. Ottimi piatti ricercati e preparati con cura e con ingredienti di qualità. Servizio in sala attento, carta vini all'altezza del locale. Consiglio di provare il "carrello dei formaggi". Prezzo finale medio-alto ma sicuramente rapportato all'elevata qualità della cena. Consigliato!

Refined food and excellent quality, impeccable service and an elegant and comfortable environment, I highly recommend it, for a high level experience with truly reasonable prices, you can choose between guided or à la carte menus according to your tastes, I repeat the competent and kind staff they will make you feel at ease, my wife and I always choose them as soon as we can and want a cuddle!!

Conosco il Due Spade dal 1990 quando erano a Melzo e i quattro fratelli erano giovanissimi. Li ho seguiti con piacere a Cernusco ma purtroppo dei fondatori è restato solo Daniele e il ristorante ha completamente cambiato il suo carattere originario. Chi li conosce meglio di me dice che ormai del Due Spade è restato solo il nome e anch'io sono sul punto di doverlo ammettere. Domenica 17/12/23 solo io e pochi altri del nostro tavolo siamo usciti soddisfatti ( tranne che per le lasagne fredde bianche alla besciamella, e portate in sostituzione di quanto ordinato, senza chiedere e senza nemmeno avvisare, e riuscite davvero male ), la maggioranza era molto delusa. Ho perciò radicalmente cambiato la mia recensione e ridotto le stelle da cinque a tre per meglio riflettere l'opinione di tutti i presenti. Domenica 24/12 ci tornerò con mia moglie e nostra figlia ma se dovessero ripetersi errori, disattenzioni e poca cortesia da parte di alcune dovrò con molto rammarico prenderne atto.
