The Bolognese pasta eaten in Bologna was the best.
It was cool to see the lady boss visiting the tables from time to time to check if the food was delicious.
The service was good and the restaurant was beautiful and perfect.
One thing that was disappointing was that the spoon used to eat the dessert had a strange smell.
The Bolognese pasta was impressively delicious, but
Because of the shock of the smell of the dessert spoon, I don't think it will be easy to stop by again the next time I go on a trip to Bologna.

Great meal! We didn’t book, one trick is to arrive ahead of opening and try the luck if there can be a table for 1 hour. We did so and got a pretty corner. Must to try the lasagna, it kept us eating unstoppably. The cutlet was nice too. No dish let us down, including the drink and the dessert.
Great service, we could tell the service crew worked efficiently. The dinning environment was very enjoyable. Kid-friendly, which contributed to a nice meal as well.

Wonderful authentic restaurant with friendly and hardworking staff. To avoid waiting, reservations (in Italian) are useful. The food is very tasty. If you want a quiet dinner, this is not the place for you.

It is a traditional restaurant that has unfortunately now become mainly a tourist restaurant. The food is good, the lasagne was a bit too salty and, above all, it got cold quickly (probably not warmed up long enough). The stressful atmosphere was disturbing: as soon as the starter was cleared away, the main course was already served. It's definitely not a place to enjoy a relaxed dinner - even if the food itself was good.

ristorante centralissimo di stampo tradizionale, servizio cortesissimo e rapido. Ottime le fettuccine alla bolognese, buono il bollito, buoni i dolci e la carta dei vini. Prezzo ragionevole.

A me è piaciuto tanto, se proprio devo trovarci un difetto è che lo stanzone storico è un po' rumoroso, ma fa parte del format. Credo di aver mangiato i tortellini fra i più buoni della mia vita. Non ho trovato niente fuori posto né sul servizio né sui piatti. Spettacolare la cotoletta alla bolognese, fortunatamente ne abbiamo presa una in due altrimenti sarebbe stato impossibile finirla. Un applauso senza dubbio anche alla lasagna davvero sfiziosa e carica come deve essere. La prenotazione e' d'obbligo essendo molto gettonato e quasi sempre zeppo ma questo non inficia sui tempi di servizio che sono stati molto contenuti.
