28/05/2024: Excellent hotel in every way! Rooms were bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Every amenity provided. Breakfast a huge choice of good offerings ( eggs were a bit weird though but everything else delicious). Location is the best, right in the heart of town- very charming town and hotel. The BEST is the staff-from reception to housekeeping to restaurant personnel and the amazing concierge Lorenzo! Everyone professional, friendly, helpful and very welcoming,

01/04/2024: I had read the reviews and was worried but in reality I understood that the rooms are all different and ours was really, really nice. The staff is sociable and helpful even if there is a bit of general disorganization. The food is good, but you don't have to rush... Breakfast is served in a wonderful room: the buffet is good except for the quality of the desserts which is not exceptional. The bar is fantastic: from 7pm the music starts and the party begins!!! There's fun to be had, for sure. The location of the hotel is exceptional, right in the center of the Corso, in front of the Duomo. A plus: dogs allowed.
