Extremely positive experience! It's now the fourth time I've stayed here and it's always a pleasure to come back!!!!

My girls and I stayed in this splendid hotel to spend a quiet winter weekend hoping to play in the snow. Even though unfortunately there was no snow we had a lot of fun thanks to the invaluable advice of the very kind staff who recommended things to do and see (ride on the Quads and the ice rink nearby). Excellent breakfast and lunch in the hotel with excellent quality products. What can I say other than thanks to all the staff and see you soon.

Enchanting place, with a romantic air. Suitable for families with children, but also for solitary newlyweds. Clean and tidy room. Bathroom with all comforts. Cozy and warm spa. Impeccable service especially at breakfast where there is a rich and tasty buffet. I come back every year for my birthday, I love the English breakfast at 11pm in front of an exciting fireplace.❣️

Everything in mediocrity, higher expectations, also considering the prices!! All in all not bad!!!

I didn't use the hotel but the restaurant. Cozy room with soft lighting and clean bathrooms. Professional service and quality cuisine. The costs are fair for the quality expressed. I recommend the roasted mushrooms and the wild boar. Congratulations and good work.

Come tutti gli anni quando si passa dalla Sila è una tappa fissa. Personale gentile, servizio impeccabile e ottima qualità del cibo.

Un posto decisamente stupendo, difficile trovarci pecche e, quantanche qualcuna vi fosse, viene decisamente compensata con tutto il resto. Consigliatissimo!!!

Esperienza bellissima.Staff gentilissimo,camere pulitissime...che dire tutto eccellente! Abbiamo trascorso la vigilia di Natale e tutto è stato organizzato nei minimi particolari, dal cenone all intrattenimento per adulti e bambini. Grazie,torneremo al più presto!

Perfetto in tutto. Posto pulito. Consigliato per chi vuole avere un periodo di relax.

Mi son trovato molto bene in questo albergo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.
