Ristorante Dalla Bianca In Perugia

We were on holiday in Perugia and we came across this place because my father had gone there for work. We had dinner for all five days of our stay there, the food was excellently cooked, it feels like eating at home, even better, genuine food, simple place and heated, very kind staff especially the owner's son Alessandro. We felt at ease and the prices were affordable. The strangozzi with cheese was delicious! We will return. Congratulations again!

An excellent place to eat well and not spend a lot, very good value for money. We had two second courses of meat, both very good, and the strawberries with cream delicious.... but the kindness and friendliness of the staff should be highlighted.

I recommend a typical place with homemade food...I love it I recommend 100% abundant food Every time I come to Perugia I go to eat at Bianca. I love the food and the typical restaurant, with a Peruvian essence. I recommend you wrap yourself in its essence.

One of the best meals in Perugia - simple, home cooking, excellent value and service. Cotoletta and rosemary flavours reminded me of my Nonna’s cooking.

One of the best meals I’ve had. Ever. So disappointed we didn’t have a chance to return for a second meal. Everything was so lovely and delicious. The Grechetto is the best I’ve had. I will be thinking about this meal for a while to come. Worth returning to perugia just for this restaurant. If this place is eventually Michelin starred I wouldn’t be surprised although then it might be even harder to get a reservation. The service was wonderful. Food absolutely perfectly seasoned and cooked. Quality outstanding. We were in Italy for a month (our 3rd time visiting) and have eaten at many places. Every region has its own beautiful flavor and something special. Dalla Bianca outdid all of them. I didn’t get photos of the wild board and a few other dishes but they are all amazing.

4 adults and 2 children. The place is nice and spacious. We tasted rustic antipasto and had some first courses. Cannelloni, tortelloni with truffles, lasagna with ricotta and artichokes, strangozzi alla Norma. All very good. A note to the courtesy and kindness of the staff. Absolutely recommended
