12/05/2024: We had the pleasure of visiting the Polpo Mario restaurant in Sestri Levante after being recommended by a local taxi driver. From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. We were impressed by the quality and culinary creativity of the restaurant. The seafood spaghetti carbonara was a delicious surprise, while the pistachio-crusted tuna with honey really captured our palates with its unique combination of flavours. The award-winning deviled octopus was another tasty experience. Completing the meal with superlative desserts, we cannot say enough about the excellence of chef Daniele Guidi and his team. Overall, Polpo Mario is a must for anyone visiting Sestri Levante, offering an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
