Coming back to Stefano is always a pleasure. Located near the "piazzone", where there is the fixed market, it is a 5 minute walk from the beaches. The place is typical in every way, and the fish is very fresh. The service pampers customers, and the portions are generous. The quality/price ratio is very high. The only thing to pay attention to is the cacciucco; the flavor is nice and full, and it's quite spicy.

Beautiful little place......Intimate restaurant even if full of people on Easter day!!!!! Pleasant and fantastic food....all good from the starter.... to the main course..... to the dessert....... and even the coffee ☕️ Truly highly recommended, the TOP!!!!!!!! !!!

For me this place tells the story of Viareggio, the dishes are all excellent, the service top. It is the place where I very willingly stop to eat.

On the advice of friends I tried this restaurant, the frying was good and soft but since there were 2 of us they basically served me first and then when I finished they served the other diner, (a cacciucco) a little tasty and anyway not good at all , the dishes have to come out together, because if I wanted to eat alone, I didn't go with company... tables too close to each other, zero privacy.

Small, friendly restaurant, they know how to cook fish well and the quality/price ratio is excellent and a stone's throw from the sea, I recommend it

Dopo anni, che io e la mia ragazza veniamo, il ristorante da Stefano rimane sempre una certezza. Vera cucina tipica di mare ad un prezzo più che onesto. Obbligo fermarsi a pranzo o cena se si passa da Viareggio.

28/04/2024: Two excellent salads (not so much for quantity but for quality), a portion with 4 bruschetta, dessert and water, 36 euros. But the bread - made by them - is spectacular, ask for it because it is truly delicious.
