All very good. Fresh fish, non-traditional but elaborate dishes preserving tradition. I would be more careful when cooking the pasta, we Italians eat it more aldente.

Historic restaurant a few steps from Grosseto. During the week, when there is less influx, you can enjoy advice and information on the menu of the day and the various dishes offered. The tuna tartare was very good, the carbonara del mozzo was also good, as were the black tagliolini with cuttlefish and artichoke sauce. The choice of a local wine, recommended by the maitre d', proved to be the right one for its quality and pairing with the food. Portions and prices are more than honest and adequate. A place to return to without any doubt.

Excellent food: expertly cooked fresh fish.
The desserts are also excellent
A place we will definitely return to many times, even if it is far from home.
I would "tidy up" the wine list and, in my personal opinion, I would replace some "barried" Vermentino with others, traditional, fresh and less elaborate.
Maybe that's the current fashion among manufacturers?

We have already been to this restaurant several times but yesterday's Valentine's Day dinner was something MAGICAL! Fresh fish, tasty desserts and very kind staff ready to best satisfy the diner's every request! Everything was perfect! The quality of the raw material used is superb! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!
