Casual return visit after an intense day of work, very welcoming place and exceptional products of which the quality that is served is fully recognisable, both savory and sweet. A special compliment to Giulia for the excellent management of the service in the dining room and also to her colleague Francesca for the professionalism demonstrated, congratulations from Genoa 🤍

I panigacci sono ottimi, sia quelli bolliti e conditi che quelli secchi, più leggeri dei classici panigacci di Podenzana. I salumi sono buonissimi. I panigacci vengono serviti a volontà, in modo da essere sempre caldi. Forse un po' alti i prezzi. La chicca finale è il caffè, servito con la moka.

Purtroppo non ho fatto foto e non so dire quanto si spende perché mi hanno offerto la cena e non avevo il telefono per fare foto. In ogni caso posso dire che, pur non essendo rispettata la tradizione del panigaccio che prevede la preparazione ed il dosaggio a mano e la cottura nel camino a legna, i panigacci sono buoni, i salumi ed i formaggi pure. Non posso aggiungere altro.

it could have gone better, I called to ask if there was room and I asked the second question, if he had gluten free panigacci, with sauces and cold cuts. at the restaurant I was told when ordering that the gluten free ones couldn't be made at the moment because they took more time and the kitchen was in turmoil with so much to do. It's a shame that for me and my wife it was a right to have them like for others to eat them with gluten. I had to give up the main reason why I went to the restaurant. we then ordered a grilled vegetable and a plate arrived with four pieces of number vegetables on top of a bed of salad. then having pointed this out, we were given a further portion, better than the previous one. summary: two portions of panigacci with sauces, two gluten free portions with cold cuts, two portions with gluten and a single medium platter of cold cuts, one grilled vegetable and two bottles of water. total 79 euros.

We went last night for dinner and I must admit that they are the best panigacci in the area. Perfect cooking, delicious cured meats and friendly staff. I highly recommend going, when I feel like panigacci I will definitely go to them!

I didn't know this dish "I panigacci" and it was a nice discovery on this business trip. Excellent panigacci and excellent high quality cured meats as an accompaniment. Definitely worth trying. Nice format and nice reality, very nice place.

04/02/2024: Caratteristico posto sperduto nella Lunigiana. Ben arredato.strada impervia. Molto buona la charbonnade e la carne (ottima idea del fornello sul tavolo in ,animerà che ognuna cuccia come vuole). Vino della casa bevibile. Forse i prezzi sono alti considerando A lunga strada per arrivarci
21/09/2023: Siamo tornati dopo svariati anni per vedere se il locale esisteva ancora. C'era. Diversa la gestione ma funzionante. Il personale ai tavoli affidato a 2 giovani ragazze francesi, simpatiche e pronte. Idem in cucina , un ragazzo francese coadiuvato da uno chef un poco più "grande". I piatti offerti sono sempre gli stessi di sempre e anche l'offerta è tipica della zona. Tutto sommato siamo stati bene e il prezzo è adeguato e forse conveniente rispetto ai prezzi praticati in zona, probabilmente tengono conto che non è semplicissimo arrivarci. Torneremo

18/10/2023: We went to this restaurant for the evening that the center of Carrara wanted to dedicate to mushrooms (Saturday 23 September), all the restaurants offered either a fixed themed menu or additional mushroom-based dishes in addition to the à la carte menu. We chose this restaurant both out of curiosity to try their cuisine and because (luckily for the city) it was really difficult to find a seat that evening. The restaurant menu was fixed, all mushroom-based dishes as per the theme of the evening, the meat sashimi starter with mushrooms was good, the first crepes with mushrooms and cheese, the second tagliatelle with mushrooms... here's the sore point ... you can't put just one slice of cut meat on the plate... it was enough to put three and the evening would have been top marks. However, we did not satisfy our curiosity and we will soon return to the restaurant to taste the dishes from the à la carte menu because the basics for eating well are all there, the dishes were all really good but that small slice of cut on the plate....
18/10/2023: Locale in centro a Carrara. Ambiente molto curato ed elegante. Ottimi gli affettati. Notevole la tartare con fonduta e altrettanto la tagliata. Anche il tonno ordinato da un amico era veramente delizioso. Ampia carta di vini con giusti ricarichi. A mio parere uno dei migliori posti a Carrara
