The best paella eaten outside of Spain.
In fact, you almost didn't feel like you were in Italy.
Made to perfection, nothing to say.
The tomato bruschetta as an appetizer is also delicious.
The sangria is also excellent, very strong.
The place is very nice.
The only flaw, for customers, is the fact that it is always very full, so you have to book well in advance.
But it's absolutely worth it.

Good paella, normal Spanish tortillas and I would say a little expensive for what it actually is. Good desserts. I recommend this place if you are passing through the Susa valley. Definitely try the sangria. It is also possible to request the vegetarian version of paella, here in the photo you can find the vegetarian and the fish version

Spectacular paella... ate the fish one. The mixed one will also be worth trying next time. Nice place and good service. The grilled octopus is also excellent. Tomato bruschetta offered on arrival.

Congratulations, one of the best paellas eaten around, nothing to envy of an excellent Spanish paella.
End of the world creme brulee.
Perfect service, kind, approachable.
The only flaw is the sangria. Please, you can neither drink nor taste the sour sangria and by asking other local friends they found the same thing. Instead, use tinto de Verano since it must not remain still for maceration.

It is always a pleasant experience to dine in this restaurant, now proven for its years of history. The paella is always excellent, both meat and fish, and is always preceded by a tasty tomato bruschetta offered by the house while you wait (express paella preparation, at least 25 minutes). To have a good service it is necessary to book at least the day before

Premetto che non sono solito a recensire...però qua meritano..Assolutamente da provare la Paella al nero di seppie....titolari molto presenti e attenti...da ripetere sicuramente
