Very good Italian food, traditional with a twist and lovely service

First night in Bologna, stopped over here for some late night food, that was excellent! Very nice people, great bread en supergood food.

We had dinner for two on Saturday evening, a very nice and well-kept place with young and attentive staff. Welcome with a glass of prosecco and much appreciated sourdough bread. We continued with two cuttlefish risottos (good but with very little cuttlefish) and two second courses of sea bass with really good mushroom cream! A bottle of wine and cantucci with zibibbo, total €120. A little high, but overall we liked it!

What a beautiful meal. Food is exceptional and creative. Every dish memorable. Cuttlefish risotto exceptional. Wonderful in house baked focaccio. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, we loved the decor. House wine super. Service spot on.

locale molto carino , anche se un pò rumoroso, servizio cordiale e preciso aperitivi e primi di buon livello , secondi non indimenticabili , carne cucinata ben oltre il sangue servizio lento tra aperitivi e primi nonostante le poche portate in menù tante piccole cose da migliorare ma merita una visita

First time at this place recommended by friends. Very characteristic place in a former building and very welcoming atmosphere, although in my opinion the spaces for the tables should be revised because they are a little cramped. I would recommend a good ventilation system because when we left there our clothes were full of fried smell. Make the bathroom easier and don't leave it with a dripping sink and a rag underneath. Good food but nothing unforgettable, I think the prices should be revised a little especially considering the excessively small portions. I can understand the quality of the products but I find the prices equally disproportionate. For example, a small portion of spaghettoni is 16 euros a bit too much. Another flaw is the small bowls of bread 1 euro, to be reevaluated. The last flaw was the house wine which was really poor and light as if it were watered down.

Wonderful little gem in Bologna. The friendliest personnel, wonderful wine and great food.The ambience in the room is great and we would go back in a heartbeat.
