Very kind staff... a DOC appetizer with many courses... too bad I was quite full with the appetizer and didn't order the first 😂 but I'll be back...

Pur fuori stagione (23 ottobre) il menù è stato allettante. Antipasti: gamberi su stracciatella con mosto di carrube, seppia scottata con melanzane all'origano di mare. Ottimi e buoni gli accostamenti. Secondi: Insalata di polpo, seppie e gamberi. Polpo cotto a bassa temperatura su vellutata di fave con un filo di olio evo. Tutto freschissimo e abbondante. Brava la cuoca e grazie a Nicola.

12/10/2023: High quality cuisine, delicious pasta not to mention the fabulous hamburger sandwich, excellent appetizers... highly recommended and we will be back without a shadow of a doubt!
09/09/2023: We stopped in Foggia to celebrate our wedding which took place a few days earlier in Sicily with an aperitif with some friends from Puglia. We were welcomed by Daniela who arranged everything down to the smallest detail. Sober and classy setup, excellent food (delicious parmigiana and focaccia), great choice of wines and very kind and knowledgeable staff. We will certainly be happy to return.

Pane E Salute

15/04/2024: Highly recommended place for those who want to eat well and spend little. Kind and helpful owners. The location is splendid with a 500 year old oven.
31/03/2024: I had been missing from Pane e salute for many years, but Angelo managed to keep everything as before and not only that but he managed to improve. Hello with love Rino.
