27/05/2024: Absolutely the best place I ate at with my wife since we arrived in Tuscany. Food was amazing, service was great. Honestly for the amount and quality of food that was included in the flat fee, I don't know how they make money. We had an aperitif course of battered fried seasonal vegetables and prosecco, followed by an appetizer course of: prosciutto, fried bread, bruschetta, frou frou (vegetables picked in balsamic vinegar), sauteed peppers and zucchini, pork sausage on toast, mozzarella balls with cherry tomato skewers, and baked prosciutto wrapped polenta; followed by the first course: lasagna and penne with a black olive and meat ragu, next followed by the second course of: grilled pork, chicken, sausage and potatoes, along with a Tuscan t-bone steak, finished with panna Cotta and sweet wine. There was just my wife and me. Our waiter was great and after apologizing profusely because we couldn't finish it, he still offered us cappuccino, lemoncello, and grappa, of which there was no way we could partake. Cost for this banquet: 35 euro apiece. We highly, highly recommend this gem.
