A modern restaurant with minimalist furnishings, in the center of Bolzano. Possibility to choose between à la carte and tasting menus. Fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Excellent and professional service. Good wine list, mainly Italian. Medium-high prices.

Certainly one of the better restaurants in the city. Staff quite professional, even if they seem a bit snooty at times. Prices are very high, you should work on that, you get very little for it.

A beautiful discovery, the foods are real works of art. The service is precise and very attentive to detail. The wine pairings and Sommelier Vittorio's explanations are the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back.

I rarely write reviews but when I happen to eat in a restaurant that satisfies me in every way, especially for the dishes that I had the pleasure of tasting and which surprised me and left me with an experience that I will hardly forget and that I will certainly do again! Dishes and product quality above average in Bolzano restaurants which unfortunately all look alike! Well done everyone!! I'm only leaving a few photos because I find it impossible to describe the wonder of the preparations and above all it's not my job but I recommend trying it if high-class cuisine is one of your expectations.

Il ristorante è in pieno centro a Bolzano,curato e ben arredato,menu raffinato ,piatti ben eseguiti…vista e gusto godono di un piacere unico …complimenti allo chef…tutte le portate sono state spiegate nei dettagli dal personale che ti coccola e ti consiglia al meglio…cortesi gentili e molto professionali..dolci insuperabili…esperienza unica …complimenti…

Uno scrigno nel cuore della città. La perfetta combinazione tra comfort ed eleganza. È questo il primo pensiero di chi varca la soglia del ristorante. L’attenzione al cliente si nota dalla minima cura dei dettagli: la location è semplice ma ricca di elementi d’arredo particolari che contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera romantica e rilassata. Lo chef, cultore del made in Italy, insieme al suo staff, lavora ingredienti semplici e di qualità per dar vita a piatti ricercati. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il cambio di menu frequente, che permette ai clienti di gustare solo ingredienti di stagione.
