Unique sensory experience. Unique flavors, refinement and culinary refinement. We took two menus "The Mekong chef....recommends". Simply an encounter with the flavors of Vietnam, absolutely recommended. Mango dessert and Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk were the right conclusion to a sublime evening. I am now reading with amazement a pseudo review by a certain Enrico, who with shamelessness and absolute lack of respect towards the restaurant and its workers allows himself to raise some rather intellectually poor observations. I recommend everyone to visit this place and try Pho Bo. Atmosphere is very good and owner is a very polite person . I will definitely visit this place again.

Very interesting restaurant, the menu is vast and varied, and the staff is available to guide the less experienced on the dishes to try, also based on personal tastes. The food is delicious, delicate flavors and excellent quality. The prices are a little high in relation to the portions, but it is definitely worth coming back and trying many other dishes.

I may be biased, but I am truly in love with this restaurant, with Asian cuisine in general, but Vietnamese cuisine can't be beat in my opinion. Very fresh and delicious food. High quality. The excellent cook is the wife of the owner Pino, very kind and welcoming, always advising and if she has time she dedicates herself to talking to customers about her travels in Vietnam and the culinary experience. I highly recommend it. I go once a week.

Over and over I have returned to this Vietnamese restaurant in the Furio Camillo neighborhood of Rome. Welcoming atmosphere, very high quality dishes always accompanied by a comprehensive explanation on how to best enjoy the dishes, and on the traditions of Vietnamese cuisine. Care and passion provide a beautiful experience of discovering exotic and distant, but delicious flavours.

Excellent dinner, thanks to Mr. Pino who led us on this experience, explaining each dish, how it is made, where it comes from, the tradition and how to eat it, we had a great time and will be back. Special mention to the cook, wife of Mr. Pino, very good, her dishes were exquisite.

Everything perfect, plentiful tasting excellent, owner very available to illustrate dishes and methods of consumption. I will definitely come back highly recommended
