There were two of us and we received a very friendly welcome. Despite a reservation, we were allowed to choose a table. All 3 courses (meat and fish) were of excellent quality, modernly prepared and very tasty. The prices are absolutely reasonable. The staff very accommodating. We asked several times whether everything was OK or whether we wanted anything else. We can only recommend the restaurant and will definitely come back.

Excellent lasagna prepared at the last minute. No frozen products. Remote parking (cemetery) easier.

Two French girls from Lyon, who ended up here a little randomly... The food was super good, and the staff very friendly! We loved playing the “for how much” game with the server. A good atmosphere, good food, a really nice setting. In short, a fantastic evening! Thank you 😊

We ate fish better than anywhere else in Cannobio. Monti and Salvadore far exceed the quality of Lo Scalo's previous owners. We are very positively surprised and would like to come back soon

Change of ownership!!! Completely overpriced wine, poor service (were overlooked for 20 minutes when there was little traffic.) Arrogant. Nice location

We had a most enjoyable meal here, fresh beautiful salads, both the pasta dishes and schnitzel dishes were perfect. Attentive friendly service.

We were there several times and everyone enjoyed the food and drinks. The employees were always friendly and accommodating and the prices were completely reasonable. Much better than some of the other restaurants on the boardwalk. Gladly again.

05/04/2024: I appreciated the well-kept and welcoming restaurant, located in the central area of ​​Stresa; The menu and the quality of the dishes with the wide choice of wines recommended by Emilio which accompanied the dinner up to the dessert, which were also delicious. Courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, impeccable service. Thanks for the great experience, we will definitely be back. I also recommend it because yours is not just a job but you can feel the passion you put into it.
29/03/2024: Restaurant in the center of Stresa, spacious and welcoming environment with large internal garden. Very friendly and helpful staff, for each course we were recommended the wine by the sommelier, all excellent. The castelmagno ravioli and creme brûlé are delicious!! I recommend it for a romantic dinner or for family occasions
