28/12/2023: Great variety of pizzas, large place

06/10/2023: We were looking for a good/simple Italian restaurant in Bolzano and found Gambriuns. It's not the newest in terms of equipment but the upholstery is new. When it comes to food and the price, you can only say it's great for the region. What I found best was the lunch menu, different starters - main course the same and you get water and a coffee. We (3 people) had salads beforehand, each a pizza (large) and drinks = around €50. As for the conditions, I can only say, like the others, very reserved but friendly.
