Nothing to say, fantastic place, friendly and helpful staff, good food served like in a starred restaurant. The jewel in the crown is the gigantic spa (3000m2).

I spent a few days in this splendid, very beautiful hotel, helpfulness and kindness on the part of all the staff on duty, the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were simply excellent. If you want relaxation and tranquility it is the ideal place

The hotel is wunderbar! Very clean room, completed with wellness centre, and excellent food in the restaurant. All the staffs are super nice and helpful, the front desk, cleaning staff, and even the owner of the hotel greeted us. But, I got an unpleasant experience with a tall woman who (maybe) a coordinator in the restaurant, she always stands in front of the restaurant entrance to great all the guest for dinner and I came with my German family, but I think I was the only one Asian at that time, and that tall woman never greeted me or shows her friendly face to me, nor even smiling as I didn't exist there. I think she must be thrown back to a training course for better excellent service as her job is to welcome the guest, no matter what skin tone or race are the guest. This is a very bad experience for me as I travel quite a lot to European country, stayed in various hotels and she is the only one hotel staff who annoyed me like that. Not professional! But I found her collague, I think an Italian guy who also welcome us is very nice and even came to the table and talked with the guest very warmly. I hope this "racist" case will be notified by the hotel general manager and consider that tall lady to be trained better as a staff working in hospitality service. Prima esperienza in questo splendido hotel ed io e mia moglie possiamo solo che essere soddisfatti. Camera servizio spa ristorante tutto di alto livello curato nei minimi particolari un grazie a tutto lo staff in particolare a chi si è occupato della nostra cena tutto delizioso dal primo all'ultimo giorno

Abbiamo trascorso qui una vacanza estiva meravigliosa e rigenerante, la zona wellness è incredibile. Camera nella zona “nuova” con vista mozzafiato. Cucina ottima in particolare per il buffet dei dolci; pulizia sia della stanza che delle zone comuni impeccabile. Tutto lo staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Posizione buona per arrivare comodamente in molte zone escursionistiche.

Hotel storico di Dobbiaco ricco di fascino e stile. Da segnalare la gentilezza dei padroni di casa sua i genitori sia il figlio e di tutto il personale, dalla reception al personale di sala, bar e spa. Particolarmente buoni tutti i piatti della cena a scelta tra un menù romantico, tirolese o vegano, accompagnati da una carta vini ricercata e da un buffet di qualità e quantità. Colazione eccellente ricca anche di prodotti per ospiti con intolleranze e allergie. Molto bella la camera Landro stile moderno che si affaccia sulla valle verso il lago di Dobbiaco. Bel ricordo della SPA, con sei saune, bagno turco, sale relax, piscina interna e due piscine esterne panoramiche tutte riscaldate. Bravi i ragazzi degli aufguss e massaggi. Forse solo da rivedere la disposizione delle sedute nella sauna panoramica e le dotazioni della sala fitness. Consigliatissimo.

Wo soll man da anfangen, super tolle Gegend. Hotelpersonal freundlich und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben, Essen sowie Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Spa Landschaft, es ist alles geboten von Saunen etc. Unbedingt HP buchen, man bereut das nicht.
