16/01/2024: Gradola is one of the best places to enjoy the Sunset on the Island of Capri!!! the bar/restaurant is beautiful, very quiet, nothing fancy! As it is a gateway to one of the public beaches on the Island of Capri, many people spend the day there! Enjoying the sun, taking a dip, having drinks and eating some appetizers and dishes! Again a local place!!! Where there are residents it's always good! In high season, every Thursday they have a sunset party! Gradola Sunset Party, it's delicious! a great DJ will play and the atmosphere changes, and then there is music, lots of people and the INCREDIBLE view of one of the best places to watch the sunset on the Island of Capri. 18/10/2023: We were advised by a friend to check this place out as it is very popular with the locals, which is always a good sign! It is a sun-lounging area,bar and restaurant situated on different levels of the beautiful cliffs in Anacapri. As we had arrived at a time when lunch had ended and dinner had not yet begun, the restaurant was empty and the staff were having a break. However, as soon as they saw us we were welcomed and they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The chef himself came to our table asking how we would like each dish cooked and presented, and the fried sardines were impeccable! All the amazing dishes, flowing drinks and breathtaking view made for an unforgettable evening and we must have stayed for four hours!
