The vegetarian ramen was really full of veggies and the broth was very good. It's not one of my favorites as I would have preferred a stronger flavour, but it's just personal taste. You still feel that the ramen is handmade because it was delicious.

Let's start by saying that the location and the environment that "Ramen a Mano" presents is really very very beautiful and above all very modern. A very clean and pleasant place to eat. Moving on to the service of the staff, not bad, fast and organized service. But nothing else just fast and robotic. But I think it's perfect for those who want as little contact with people as possible. For ramen or Lamian they have 3 possible choices, and a lot of choice between the difference in ramen to use and the "runs" to be made at Lamian, which in Chinese means exactly "pulled pasta", we opted for the 6 runs and the 6 1/ 2 puffs and we really saw the difference in both taste and cooking of the two pastas. This factor is very interesting, the only flaw, but I think it is because it is traditional Chinese cuisine and the lack of vegetables in the dish to serve as an accompaniment or even to add extra flavour. Il ramen servito qui è quello vero! Porzioni generose, brodo vegetariano saporito e molto bello scegliere quante volte i propri Noodle dovevano essere tirati a mano. Noi siamo andati sul classico ma se mai ricapitassimo ci piacerebbe osare e prenderli più fini o più spessi. Servizio sorridente, conto giusto. Soddisfatti!
