As an Asian travelling in Italy, this restaurant exceeded my expectation. All ingredients are fresh and food well presented, not to mention the ambience of the restaurant and super kind and polite owner who thoughtfully introduced thru the menu for me. Lots of white and red wine selections in the restaurant. You will definitely not regret of dropping by while you are in Bergamo. If you do drop by, I would suggest you to observe the work ethic and professionalism posses by the owner while enjoying the good food and good music, there’s something for everyone to learn there :)

I return periodically to eat at the whale qor and each time I try different dishes, I have never found a dish to complain about, they are all cooked to perfection. Honorable mention to Stefano who always knows how to give me the best advice on both food and wine, an excellent restaurateur. Thanks for the nice chat last night. We will see each other soon

Very high quality food and Stefano accompanies you throughout the evening advising you on the perfect dish based on your tastes. It's a place where you're sure to make a good impression if you bring someone.

Un posto che riserva molte sorprese: cucina eccellente, cantina sconfinata, gentilezza e professionalità in buone dosi. Pochi tavoli e grande qualità.

Quando si vuole assaggiare qualcosa di non scontato e originale questo è il posto giusto. Armati di curiosità si possono trovare piatti di ogni parte del mondo. E se si vuole fare l’en-plein basta chiedere di bere un vino altrettanto particolare per essere immediatamente accontentati, previa una spiegazione dettagliata delle possibilità proposte.
