Merate center is a beautiful square and the QB.O is a jewel set. We went there today for a quick drink, but immediately opted for an aperitif. The cocktail list is already a work of art, retro with vintage posters and related descriptions. Classy cocktails, excellently prepared and elegantly served. We also tasted some hot and cold dishes and the quality of the raw materials and workmanship was truly remarkable So the delicious desserts and finally coffee accompanied by an excellent barricaded and smoked grappa on their recommendation. The staff, a group of young people who are attentive both in management and in recommending dishes and pairings. Well done and must be congratulated. Absolutely worth trying!

I went to this restaurant for dinner. Excellent red prawn tartare and excellent mixed fried food. Quiet environment for a relaxing evening. Refined wine list. Compliments to the staff.

Close to being more of a cocktail bar than a restaurant, the place appears new, well-ordered in full modern style. The menu is not very long but offers a good choice of dishes capable of satisfying all needs. The dishes are well prepared and with good raw materials. The service is slow and distracted: one of the dishes arrived cold. Overall the prices are too high for what is offered. The restaurant can only be reached on foot as it is located within the restricted traffic zone. It is advisable to take some time to find parking as there are not many in the immediate vicinity.

Molto carino questo posto in centro a Merate. Tante buone cose da mangiare e personale gentile ed attento alla clientela. Tornato dopo un po' di tempo e questa volta per cenare ... carbonara molto buona e dolci ottimi.

19/12/2023: Excellent value for money in this place of ancient origin but totally renovated, both in terms of environment and management. We went there intrigued by the constant presence on social media. The environment is welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful. Regarding the menu, as is to be expected in a place that offers the possibility of having lunch quickly and at a decidedly affordable price, it is limited in scope and changes every day. The portions are good and tasty. Providing soup, vegetarian options and generous portions of vegetables is an added value.
24/10/2023: Bar/tavola calda accogliente, ottimo per un pranzo veloce o una super colazione/merenda con torte fatte in casa, c'è sempre una torta classica o un'alternativa vegana che in Valsassina mancava!!! Piatti classici, vegetariani e vegani su richiesta! Luana fa la polenta come faceva la nonna!! 😍 Ottimo servizio e staff simpatico! Sembra di stare in famiglia!
